What if I’ve already had my film transferred?

Usually we prefer using the original because it will transfer at a higher quality with our high tech equipment.  If you still have the original 8/16/35mm film we recommend that you send us both versions. Once we review them, we'll call you to discuss your options.

What formats can be converted?

Videotapes: VHS, S-VHS, VHS-C, Betamax, Betacam, Betacam SP, Betacam SX, MPEG IMX. Digital Betacam, Umatic, DVCAM, DVCPRO, Hi-8, D-8, Reg8, Micro MV, MiniDV, Mini DVD, SD Card, Cell phone videos.  Conversion from PAL available in most formats. Film: 8mm, Super-8mm, 16 mm & 35mm as well as Magi-cartridge.  Original sound on S-8/16/35mm can be transferred. [...]
