A.R.S Video transferred our old family videos, some dated back to 1955! We were thrilled with the results. They are dependable, trustworthy and a true family business. Thanks for preserving our memories!!!

I recently had ARS to convert a VHS to a DVD. I contacted them and absolutely everything else was done in a professional manner. They kept me informed as to condition of my VHS and the possible outcome of the finished DVD. They gave me a final cost and only committed to do the work once I have the permission.
I would highly recommend ARS for all converting needs.

After researching companies to transfer about 6000 ft of old 8mm/super 8 film, I felt comfortable choosing A.R.S. based on their reviews. The service felt personal and they exceeded expectations. Even the music they selected was as if they personally knew my family. Couldn’t be more pleased and the service is truly outstanding.

I researched a number of places to have my VHS tapes and super 8 and regular 8 reels digitized. I found ARS video with excellent ratings and decided to give them a try. I agree. Now I know why they get outstanding ratings. They did a superb job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them if you want friendly, trustworthy, professional, competent people handling your precious videos!

I just wanted to let you know how absolutely thrilled I am with what you were able to digitize from some very old 8mm film. The one that was a bit grainy must have been the first time my cousin had used the camera – bad photography. The other two were very clear and meant a LOT to me. And I didn’t realize how much the music was going to enhance the films. You matched the music perfectly. Now I’m going to dig through some old VHS tapes to have you digitize that. Thank you is quite isn’t enough to express my appreciation.

I had a 30-year-old VHS tape with mold inside that I expected to pay hundreds of dollars to have recovered and... digitized. ARS quickly recovered and converted to a video sent via Dropbox and the quality was much better than expected and they charged me less than $40!! I will definitely be using them again and I recommend you do too!! What a great service and very kind employees!read more

Thank You Lorin Alvarez for the wonderful job you did for us in converting almost 12,000 feet of 8mm film to about 16... hours of memories from the 50s to the 70s. You brought 30 years of our adventures to life with the the music and sounds that you added to our film. We did quite a bit of research before we pick ARS and it was fortunate choice. ARS Video is by far the best company I have ever worked with when it comes to preserving family memories. I recently... acquired all of the video footage from my husbands family. There were many different types of footage to be converted. ARS made it seamless! They spent the extra time to put them all in chronological order and labeled each file. The prices were good the video quality from recording the VHC TO DIGITAL was good. The flash sent didn’t work on some... devices but ARC sent another flash which did work just fine. Communication with them was excellent they answered every email the same day.Highly recommend them.read more

I couldn't be happier with this company. I sent 28 8mm reels with limited information written on the outside of each... box. They not only added my titles (a little bit extra) - but customized the music based on the subject matter. I was able to get DVD,s and flash drives for the whole family. No more movies under the stairs - now we can enjoy watching them anytime we want. If you want personalized service when converting your movies / VHS - this is your company!read more

Great local video transfer company. They did a great job transferring old 35mm movies into a dvd and flash drive so... that all of my husband’s brothers and sister can view their priceless memories of times gone by and treasured people who have passed on.Previously we have used internet based video companies. I don’t think you can compare those to having a local, responsible company. We would not hesitate to either use them for future projects and to highly recommend them to others. The folks at ARS Video were very helpful. They explained what their services included and approximately how long the... process would take. Once it was completed the gentleman reviewed how to use the drive and checked out some of the videos with me. There was one he was not completely satisfied with. He said he would work on it some more to refine it and there would be no charge. My wife and I were very pleased with the final version and ordered 3 more copies for our children. I highly recommend this company.read more

This place is great. I thought I lost my wedding photos, my dad's 80th birthday photos and a vacation adventure with... awesome photos on an SD card that went bad. I was devastated and didn't know what to do. They worked diligently to recover them and after talking to them I felt comfortable leaving the SD card with them to work on. No surprise that ARS Video has a 5 star rating with almost 50 reviews. Their customer service from my first phone call... to finalizing my pickup order was seamless and comfortable. ARS converted almost 100 hours of video from my camcorder tapes to an external drive. With the videos being priceless, I felt comfortable coming to them and leaving it in their hands. I couldn't be happier with my choice to have ARS Video handle the digitizing of my family VHS recordings, slides, 8mm... tapes, mini cassette audio, etc. So many precious memories now in a current format. I highly recommend using ARS Video. They are a professional family business who is very accommodating. We dropped our... tapes off a few weeks before Christmas with hopes that they would be converted by Christmas. ARS worked diligently to finish them so we could share precious memories of our children being born, learning to walk, talk, etc. Our now-grown children loved watching them as a family over the Christmas holiday. ARS is simply amazing! Super accommodating and have such a friendly team willing to go above and beyond! Heather... specifically was able to help our family with a difficult loss of our families dog. I was able to find an old mini-dvd the same day I was picking up an order, I asked if I could swing bye and see if they could convert for us within hours before leaving before a family trip. This was a day after we lost our sweet Roxy. She didn’t hesitate and was so kind and compassionate. These people are fabulous! They cleaned mold from videos which had been stored in Bombay for years. They ran through... the videos and did not copy the TV shows which were on a few of the cassettes. We cannot say enough in praise. Their prices are reasonable and they are very knowledgeable.read more
