Customer Relations Position for ARS Video

ARS Video, Inc. focuses on two main areas. The first is our digitization services for analog media for Consumers, Business and Government. We understand how irreplaceable aging analog media is and the importance of preserving its content. Secondly, we provide above-ground pre-construction video and photography services for the Utility and Infrastructure sectors.

About the Position

  • P/T 20-25 hours a week, with a couple of Saturdays a month (10 am-1 pm)
  • Provides communication with our customers by telephone, text, e-mail, and face to face, in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Able to identify and resolve customer issues by offering options and solutions. Provide detailed information about our services. Go the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Assists with general office tasks/admin support, such as light invoicing, accepting payments, answering phones, opening mail, receiving, and shipping of customer orders.
  • Keeps records of customer interactions.
  • Responsible for monitoring shared mail inbox and texting portal that contain customer inquiries.
  • Recording of incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Interacts with all departments to ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Performs data entry tasks on spreadsheets.
  • Keeps the front office clean and organized.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional environment.
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to adapt and respond to all different types of personalities.
  • Able to establish rapport with new people.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Accurate and dependable, with attention to detail.
  • Willing to learn new technology.
